As a health food company, the health and safety of our customers and our employees is our top priority. We are here to serve and support you and are working hard to ensure our team members can continue to provide Umi No Shizuku to our customers.

Our supply chain is stable, but we have a limited number of staff working in shipments in line with the government order. We thank you in advance for your patience should a delay occur up to one week.

Our cleanliness and hygiene guideline

  • We do not outsource the fulfillment to the third party companies.
  • We pack and ship every package ourselves.
  • We clean our packing room every day.
  • Our staffs sanitize their hands before packing the products.
  • We never put our product on the floor and make sure packages are treated cleanly with care.

While our business is open, our office pick-up is appointment-only until further notice. Please contact your customer support representative to make an appointment in advance.
