For first-time users
1. Please register as a member from the Member Registration page.
2. Please enter a user name, e-mail address, and password.
3. Member registration complete
For registered members
1. Log in from the Login page.
2. Enter your user name and password.
3. Login complete
4. Select product
After logging in, select products of interest from the product listing page.
5. Place product in cart
Select the number of items purchased and click the “Place in cart” button.
(Products can also be easily added and deleted.)
6. Enter required items
Please enter your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and payment method in the order form.
7. Send order
Reconfirm that there are no errors in the information, and click the “Send” button.
8. Order complete
When the order has been sent, we will contact you to confirm the order.
Please be aware that responses to orders or inquiries sent on Saturday, on Sunday, on national holidays, or at night may be delayed.

9. Delivery of product
We will ship the product to your specified location.
Shipping within the U.S. generally takes 2 to 7 days, but may be delayed by weather or other circumstances.
The time required for shipping product outside the U.S. varies by country and region. Shipping normally requires 5 to 10 days, but may be delayed by customs procedures.

Returns and exchange
We accept requests for return and exchange of product up to 30 days after arrival of product.
・Please inquire to Customer Service to request return or exchange of the product.
・Opened products may not be returned or exchanged.
・Shipping charges for return or exchange of product will be borne by the customer.
・After returned or exchanged products have arrived at our company, we will perform procedures for the return of funds or the product exchange
