Many may wonder whether they can safely enjoy certain foods or if they should avoid attending gatherings altogether.

In truth, the meaning of festive celebrations lies not in what we eat, but with whom we share the moment.

HEALTHY VEGETARIAN MENU


The following vegetarian dishes are light, low‐oil, and designed to retain the colors and warmth of festive celebrations — helping your loved ones enjoy both health and deliciousness in perfect harmony.

Rainbow Veggie & Fruit Roll

Ingredients:

  • Carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, purple cabbage, kiwi (sliced)
  • Whole‐wheat wrap or purple sweet potato wrap
  • Plain Greek yogurt dressing (with lemon juice and herbs)

Directions:

Arrange the sliced vegetables and fruits in the wrap and roll tightly.

Serve with the Greek yogurt dressing.

Why it’s good for you:
Brightly colored produce is rich in antioxidants and fiber.
This refreshing, nutrient‐dense roll helps support immune health and overall vitality.

Pumpkin & Chestnut Soup

Ingredients:

  • Cooked pumpkin
  • Chestnuts
  • Spring onion
  • A pinch of sea salt and black pepper

Directions:

Cook the pumpkin and chestnuts until soft.
Blend into a smooth soup and garnish with chopped spring onion.

Why it’s good for you:
Pumpkin is rich in beta‐carotene and antioxidants.
A warm bowl of this creamy soup is perfect for colder days — soothing the stomach and warming the heart.

Featuring a refreshing lemon flavor, each bottle contains the equivalent of 10 capsules.
